Nush is a small-batch cookie company specializing in thick, bakery-style cookies with crisp edges and soft centers. Inspired by nostalgic flavors and elevated with ingredients like brown butter.

The name "Nush" comes from a snack mix my grandma Doris used to make — a small but meaningful nod to where my love of baking began. What started in the kitchen as something familiar has grown into a focus on creating cookies that feel both comforting and elevated.

P.S. — there's a national snack brand out there with a similar name. We're not them. Nush is just Rachel, her oven, and Mukwonago, Wisconsin.
